This product is one of the critical components in the positive displacement motor (PDM) for oil exploration and drilling. It mainly bears the radial load generated during the operation of the PDM's transmission shaft, and its quality and performance directly determine the overall service life of the drilling tool.
Our company's TC bearing adopts the integral sintering process in ordinary high-temperature furnaces, with a unique and proprietary sintering formula.
We strictly control raw material quality to ensure that cemented carbide and tungsten carbide fully meet relevant standards and application requirements.
A rigorous sintering production process is implemented, so that the entire sintering procedure strictly follows the preset temperature rise curve for heating and heat preservation.
Advanced protective process measures are adopted: the sintered material will not be oxidized under high temperature, the surface is purified and activated, the liquid solder achieves excellent wetting, and the sintered layer shrinks uniformly. This completely eliminates sintering defects such as shrinkage porosity and pores, and prevents cracking during sintering. The sintered layer is firmly bonded to the substrate and integrated as a whole, with no spalling or chipping.
The selected cemented carbide features high strength and high hardness, so no spalling or cracking will occur during service. It is wear-resistant, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant under harsh working conditions, with a service life of over 300 hours.
The product has a fine appearance, with a cemented carbide coverage rate of ≥60%. The substrate hardness can be adjusted within the range of 200~330HB as required.
